Who Am I?

                  My name is Hector Mejia I am a finance major at the University of Central Florida. I was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and I was raised in Union City, New Jersey. I moved to Cape Coral, Florida at a young age and graduated from Ida S. Baker High School in 2007.  I attended Edison State College and was awarded the Hope Honor Scholarship due to low income and being of first generation to attend college in my family. I earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration at Valencia Community College and than eventually transferred over to UCF. I eventually plan to graduate with my BA in Finance and pursue a doctorate degree in Financial Engineering.
